Coach Nico Rithner's Intro to kettlebell training workshop

This course revolves around learning the essential techniques for effective and safe kettlebell lifting training.

The students will experience hands-on practice of each of the lifts and learn drills to teach others how to perform them safely and efficiently.

The choice of exercises and training modalities taught during this course, target at least one of the following aspects of fitness:
